With decades of experience in engineering, architecture, and construction management, John has built his career around hard work, integrity, and a commitment to delivering quality projects.

Born and raised in Switzerland to a Spanish mother and a California-born father, John grew up with strong family values and a multicultural perspective. He studied Civil Engineering in Switzerland, developing a strong foundation in structural design, engineering, architecture, and construction.

After completing his studies, John moved to California to join his father’s construction company. Working alongside his father gave him valuable practical experience and taught him the importance of craftsmanship, responsibility, leadership, and treating clients and employees with respect.

Following his father’s passing, John took over the family construction business and successfully managed it for many years. His experience and vision eventually led him to become a Co-Founder of Veltrix Construction Group, where he continues to combine his engineering expertise, architectural knowledge, and hands-on construction experience.

John is known for being a hardworking, humble, disciplined, and straightforward man. Despite his years of professional experience, he remains down-to-earth and believes that success is built through consistency, honesty, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Today, John William Lockhart continues to play an active role in the construction industry, bringing together engineering, architecture, and practical construction expertise to create safe, functional, and enduring buildings. Michael T. Anderson

Michael T. Anderson is a highly skilled Construction Manager and Architect with a strong background in project development, design, and site execution. Born and raised in Haiti, Michael brings a diverse cultural perspective to his work and a deep understanding of modern construction practices. With a father originally from San Diego, California, and a mother from Haiti, he blends international insight with local expertise, an advantage that strengthens his approach to managing complex projects.

At the company, Michael plays a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. He leads the bidding process for construction contracts, carefully evaluating project requirements and preparing competitive, strategic proposals that position the company for success.

In addition to his work in contract acquisition, Michael oversees project execution from start to finish.
